Wallowa Buddhist Temple:

Closed January 16 to February 15, 2025

The Wallowa Buddhist Temple is currently closed

for the monks’ annual month of rest and retreat

beginning January 16, 2025.

We will reopen on Sunday, February 16, 2025,

when our usual scheduled activities resume with

our regular Sunday Morning Retreat from 9:30 to 11:30 am.

Please note: there will be no monthly Day Retreat February 1st – our next Day Retreat is scheduled for Saturday, March 1st.

The temple phone answering machine and email will be checked daily during this time. If your message is urgent, please do mention this in your message so that a monk may respond. Otherwise, kindly understand that we will get back to you as soon as possible once the temple reopens.
